• Report to the Store Manager and model and coach for the ultimate customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
• Support store operations, product placement, and visual merchandising.
• Lead a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers while driving key initiatives.
• Progress toward core responsibilities including gaining key holder status and assigned training.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks such as moving, kneeling, carrying, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Maintain reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.

Part‑time

The pay range is $14.00–$23.10 per hour, or the higher of the local, state, or federal minimum wage, depending on experience and qualifications.
