Your Role on the Team:

As a Shift Leader, you'll:

* Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding service and quality.

* Manage shift operations, including customer relations, driver dispatch, product quality, inventory control, and profitability.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Experience:

Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.

* Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Certification:
Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service Certification preferred.

* Passion: A love for quality, a mind for business, and a heart for treating others well.
