Inventory Control Associate
Join Niagara Bottling as an Inventory Control Associate responsible for accurately maintaining daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while ensuring proper inventory rotation and storage.
Responsibilities- Navigate advanced ERP system for inbound & outbound inventory operations.
- Create purchase orders and process all recycle and destruction loads.
- Maintain finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components per guidelines.
- Process all non-conforming material in Agile.
- Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s.
- Verify true time inventory transaction records in the company’s ERP system.
- Complete Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories.
- Perform daily audits and maintain comprehensive Cycle Count program.
- Validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory balances, shortages, and discrepancies reports.
- Organize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution.
- Assist with accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA’s, HFI’s, and WIP.
- Identify and dispose of expired inventory (SLOB).
- Maintain product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
- Interact with leadership at all levels.
- Accomplish special projects and other assignments as required.
- Follow all safety rules, GMP, and Niagara policies.
- Establish high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

- Minimum: 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment and in inventory control; 0 years experience managing people/projects.
- Preferred: 4 years experience in manufacturing environment and inventory control; 2 years experience managing people/projects.
- Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Hourly rate: $22.45 – $29.75 per hour.
