Blow Mold Maintenance Technician -All Shifts

Join Parker Plastics, a PET Blow Molding Manufacturer in North Las Vegas, NV, as a Blow Mold Maintenance Technician. We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in custom blow mold mechanics.

Position Details:

• Type:
  Full-time, Hourly (depends on qualifications and experience)
• Environment: 24/7 operation, climate-controlled, safety-focused, clean manufacturing facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with team members
• Monitor and optimize machine operations
• Set up machines according to processing parameters
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Assist in training team members
• Ensure product quality standards are met or exceeded
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following policies and procedures

Work Schedule: Shift depends on operational needs; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of thermoplastic processing experience
• Preferred: 4+ years of related experience or completion of an apprentice/training program

Competencies:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding English
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate relevant equipment

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, climbing, lifting up to 60 pounds
• Frequent grasping and arm movements
