Position Overview

USPACE is looking for a skilled Trade Labor / Assembly Worker to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. In this role you will work on the launch of our new product.

• Getting your hands dirty with line work and assembly tasks.

• Understanding of electrical systems and OSHA 10 regulations.
• Experience with quality control inspection and specifications.

• Knowledge of welding techniques.
• Understanding of mechanical systems.

This position is permanent, full‑time, hourly (W2). Set work hours Monday‑Friday.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annual.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess the ability to speak, write, and understand English.
• Must be legally permitted to work.
• Must reside within a 1‑hour drive from the facility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• OSHA / First Aid training or certifications? (If applicable)
• Trade / skills training, education & certifications? (If applicable)
• Must be capable and qualified to perform job requirements.
• Must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and perform the basic arithmetic operations.
• Shall affirm they are not currently on bail or pre‑trial release, nor currently under criminal investigation, arrest, or indictment – which would disqualify the candidate.
• Shall disclose if wages might be subject to any court‑ordered wage with holdings or judgments – which would not necessarily disqualify the candidate but would be considered in the hiring decision.
• Shall disclose if currently under parole or probation for any criminal conviction or court order – which would not necessarily disqualify the candidate but would be considered in the hiring decision.
• Shall commit to following a tobacco, alcohol & drug‑free workplace guideline.
