Role Summary

Medical Science Liaison for Psychiatry, West Coast. Serves as a Medical Affairs representative, engaging with expert healthcare professionals to exchange scientific information, support medical information activities, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives within psychiatry focused on schizophrenia and mood disorders.

• Engage in scientific exchange with expert healthcare professionals as part of the Medical Affairs team.
• Participate in Medical Affairs project assignments.
• Communicate scientific concepts effectively to multiple audiences — verbally, graphically, and in writing.
• Contribute to key department functions (e.g., medical information) and inter-departmental initiatives.

  Doctoral degree (PhD, Pharm
  
  D, MD).
• Required:
  
  Prior experience in psychiatry-related field; preference for pharmaceutical industry experience in schizophrenia and mood disorders.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs.
• Preferred:
  Experience in clinical research and/or direct patient care.

  Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
