A Structural Plans Examiner is an essential member of our team and we invite you to apply and help contribute to CNLV’S growing success!
This posting will create a non-probationary internal Teamster eligibility list and fill 1 vacancy for this classification. The current vacancy is in the Land Development and Community Services department. The eligibility list will be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification, for up to one hundred eighty (180) days. Non-probationary Teamster team members successfully completing the selection process will be placed on the eligibility list.

- Pay Considerations - The starting salary pay for the position is $73,181.43. Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience. The selected candidate for this position will start at the beginning of the salary range, no exceptions. Existing employees will receive increases as outlined by their bargaining agreement.
- Work Schedule – This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Performs structural plan and specification review for complex construction, improvement and repair plans for compliance submitted by private builders, engineers and architects for conformance to building codes.
