Bigelow Management is seeking an experienced Sales Agent with at least 5 years of proven experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Welcome, greet, interact with, and assist guests professionally.
• Provide excellent service in line with the property's standards.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and assist guests whenever possible.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about rooms.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by performing daily responsibilities.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly and creatively.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Register and assign rooms to guests.
• Control and issue room keys.
• Verify charges and credits are correctly posted.
• Collect necessary guest information during check-in.
• Account for and balance cash and equivalents at shifts' start and end.
• Resolve guest issues within authority or escalate as needed.
• Work flexible hours.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Remain drug-free at all times.
• High school diploma or GED required.
