As a Fabulous (FAB) Tour Guide
, you are the gatekeeper and the first face all guests who visit BOXABL interact with. The FABs are distinguished by wearing all white. Your smile and friendly personality will make all guests and employees feel welcome as you assist with a variety of inquiries from guests and the BOXABL team! In this position, you will provide tours of our Factory, Casitas, verify appointments, provide a stellar first impression of BOXABL, help with various administrative assisting tasks, and be a chauffeur for our VIP guests.

• Greet anyone who comes into BOXABL.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and questions.
• Monitor the email inbox and respond in a timely manner.
• Schedule, verify, and provide scheduled tours.
• Screen guests that have appointments to confirm they have an appt and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Ensure guests complete all waivers prior to factory admittance.
• Pick up and distribute mail to the BOXABL team.
• Stock office supplies and monitor inventory.
• Keep the lobby, common areas, and model Casita clean and organized.
• Provide chauffer service both during and outside of office hours.

• Valid Driver’s License:
  Required
• Capable of driving a large SUV-required.
• Comfortable wearing ALL white-required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are preferred.
• 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and problem-solving experience a plus.
