Essential Job Functions
- Daily reviewing and processing of invoices, jobs, and orders.
- Daily posting of monies received (checks, cash, credit cards, wire, etc.) in system.
- Reconcile cash receipts.
- Research items concerning payment and invoicing issues including faxing info to customer, duplicate payment, etc.
- Assist Collections team with research.
- Process credit cards and credit memos.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable projects.
- Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
- Safely perform physical demands as indicated below.
- Work overtime as needed to meet customers' needs.
- 1-2 years' experience in dealing with AR in high volume office.
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and general office skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
