Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer; FM - Electrical Bias

The Role

We are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with Electrical bias to join our Facilities Management team covering Data Centres. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in a growing team, with the potential for long‑term career development and progression.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).

• Conducting electrical PPM and reactive tasks to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintaining HVAC, mechanical, and fabric aspects of the building as required.
• Managing contractor control duties and ensuring work meets standards.
• Issuing Permits to Work and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
• Offering a professional service while representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating equipment performance and ensuring it operates to specified criteria.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely administration.

• Experience in a mobile role within Facilities Management (FM), with knowledge of electrical and AC PPM.
• Fully qualified with 18th Edition, NVQ or C&G Installations, AM2. F‑Gas certification is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to client liaison and problem‑solving.
• A valid driver’s license (a company vehicle/allowance is provided).

• Previous experience in mobile engineering within FM in critical environments.
• Familiarity with contractor monitoring and control.
• Experience working with UPS.
