Overview
Nicol Boilers Ltd are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our expanding service team based in the central belt of Scotland. If you are looking for a new role, Nicol Boilers is an established family-owned company, based in Shotts working in the Commercial & Industrial boiler industry. Responsibilities- Servicing, commissioning, fault finding on gas and oil burners and control systems for steam & hot water boilers.
- Preparing boilers for annual survey and N.D.T. inspection.
- Connecting services to a wide range of hire boilers. Steam / oil / gas / electrical.
- Engineer on call 1 in 6 rota.
- Experience with in the commercial / industrial boiler industry with exposure to force draught burners.
- Electrical experience.
- Driving Licence (maximum 6 points for insurance requirement).
- Stay within a reasonable distance of the ML7 postcode and able to commute.
- Regular overtime and weekend working to boost salary.
Central Belt of Scotland, with travel potentially to the U.K. as required.
Salary and Benefits- £42,000 - £52,000 per year, wages and benefits negotiable depending on experience.

- Paid on-call.
- Company vehicle with private use.
