Hourly Rate: $19.00–$32.00 per hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage and may include additional performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.

The role of Cake Decorator involves preparing high‑quality cake products, decorating them according to customer specifications, managing inventory of baking supplies, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and providing exceptional customer service at the service counter.

• Prepare and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries for sale.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and moving merchandise to the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Experience or training in cake decoration or pastry arts preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the United States.
