North Kingstown, RI. Salary: $24.51–$33.17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow all safety rules.
  • Safely operate forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment by completing required training and certifications.
  • Perform basic mechanical checks and document findings in inspection sheets.
  • Wrap, package, and label finished products for preparation and final shipment.
  • Maintain proper written records of materials processed and plant cleanliness, AIB standards, and 5S initiatives.
  • Work in other plant areas as needed to assist plant operations.
  • Use basic hand tools for job functions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
  • Ability to push/pull 1500 pounds using a wheeled cart or conveyor rollers.
  • Ability to work a 12‑hour shift, possibly nights only or rotating depending on Business Unit.
  • Must be willing to work required mandatory overtime.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, possibly up to 12 hours.
Education & Experience
  • High School or GED preferred but not required.
  • Some computer skills required.
  • Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
