Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facility according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department.

• Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
