Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in North Kingstown known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.
💰Compensation & Benefits- Estimated Rate Range: ≈$40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current RI license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
