Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
Lincoln | £35,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £40,000)
Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 + Saturday Mornings (rota)

A well-established and busy main dealership in Lincoln is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic to join their professional workshop team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified technician who wants stable hours, strong earnings, and ongoing manufacturer training. A valid MOT License is essential in this role. • Routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts and more
• Fault finding and diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment
• Carrying out MOTs and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
• Working efficiently to maintain productivity targets without compromising quality

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• MOT Licence - Class 4
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in a dealership or busy workshop
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Your own tools and toolbox
• Full UK driving licence

• £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
