Are you a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator with a passion for delivering high-quality assessments and estimates? • Accurately assess vehicle damage and create repair estimates using Audatex software
• Deliver precise assessments in line with industry standards
• Support efficient repair scheduling and profitability through professional service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly
• Collaborate with workshop teams to meet manufacturer repair specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with industry regulations
• Drive cost control and efficiency aligned with company and manufacturer expectations

• ATA qualified (preferred) or equivalent (NVQ, IMI, SVQ)
• Experience working as a VDA in a busy accident repair or body shop environment
• Strong understanding of repair techniques and current industry standards
• Proficient in using Audatex estimating software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player committed to delivering high standards and service
