Position: Vehicle Damage Assessor (Permanent)

Salary: £42,000 + bonus

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA

Accurately assess vehicle damage and create repair estimates using Audatex software
Deliver precise assessments in line with industry standards
Support efficient repair scheduling and profitability through professional service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly
Collaborate with workshop teams to meet manufacturer repair specifications
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with industry regulations
Drive cost control and efficiency aligned with company and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications and Skills for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA

ATA qualified (preferred) or equivalent (NVQ, IMI, SVQ)
Experience working as a VDA in a busy accident repair or body shop environment
Strong understanding of repair techniques and current industry standards
Proficient in using Audatex estimating software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team player committed to delivering high standards and service
