• Provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at checkout and related areas.
• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions and monitor the Self-Checkout area.
• Proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities.
• Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.
• Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates; participate in training of new Cashiers and use available tools to coach and develop others.
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist Head Cashier with expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for registers, Self Checkout, Returns, Customer Service, and Tool Rental where applicable.

• The preferred qualification is 1+ years of Cashier experience.
