Auto Part Sales Manager

The Exhaust Warehouse is a fast-growing B2B distributor specializing in catalytic converters, flex pipes, direct-fit exhaust systems, and muffler components. We're expanding into Connecticut, and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our local growth and drive customer acquisition in the automotive repair and aftermarket industry.

We’re seeking a high-energy, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our New England sales operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong industry connections, a drive to close deals, and the leadership skills to build and manage a local sales team. You'll be responsible for customer outreach, bulk sales strategy, and developing relationships with auto repair shops, wholesalers, and parts distributors.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional auto shops and resellers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead and train a small sales team as we grow in the region
• Report weekly sales activity and goals to leadership

• 3+ years experience in sales (automotive aftermarket preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong local knowledge of the Northeast automotive repair market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
