- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional sales, healthcare, or business-related roles
- Strong communication skills and a history of sales success with demonstrated territory management abilities
- Valid US driver’s license with a driving record compliant with company standards
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs
- 3-5 years of specialty marketing, promotional, or sales experience
- Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and relevant products
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and high-influence customers
- Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Experience in utilizing digital tools for customer engagement and performance analytics
