We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non‑profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Program Director. The Program Director plays a vital role in developmental supervision of employees to effectively work with individuals supported within various programs. The Program Director provides administrative management and engages a high‑quality workforce. The Program Director is responsible for programmatic and operational oversight and developmental supervision. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams and championing internal and external partnerships.

• 5 or more years’ experience in human services with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of human services programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
• Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices
• Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
• Must have demonstrated computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary
• Ability to provide on‑call support
• Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
