Estate Planning Paralegal

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to prepare comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Gather, review, and organize documents related to real estate, personal property, financial accounts, and other important asset-related information.
• Communicate effectively with clients about the estate planning process, available options, timelines, fees, and other common questions.
• Speak with prospective clients who are considering engaging the firm.

• Minimum of 2 years of estate planning paralegal experience; probate experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable financial powers of attorney, and advance medical directives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with WC software and/or real estate transactions is a plus.

• Full-time position
• On-site position in our North Haven office (no remote option)
• Starting salary: $45,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience
