• Provide Level 1 technical support for staff and students
• Troubleshoot and repair Chromebooks, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Assist with VOIP systems and security camera maintenance
• Support classroom technologies and Google Education tools
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when interacting with students and staff

• Previous IT support experience (hardware/software troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Chromebook repair and deployment
• Basic knowledge of VOIP and security camera systems
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to remain calm and professional in a school setting
