Schedule: Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Starting Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 (Based on experience) + Full Benefits
As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor’s offices, and IOP sites.
- Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
- Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.
- Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
