• Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes.
• Develop and implement line balancing strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Create and maintain capacity models to ensure optimal production planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in medical device manufacturing engineering. Experience in other fields will not be accepted.
• Proficiency in time study techniques and line balancing

• Strong analytical skills and experience with capacity modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and cost reduction strategies.
• Experience with lean/sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
