Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expert‑level knowledge of all user interfaces, infotainment systems, safety technologies, and advanced driver assistance features across the entire Mercedes-Benz lineup—both current and legacy models. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating with clients in person, over the phone, via email, and through text messages, always with an energetic and professional demeanor. Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries and product consultations, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both new and prospective customers.

Provide personalized, in-depth vehicle delivery experiences by clearly explaining vehicle operations, demonstrating advanced features, and assisting clients in setting up and maintaining technologies like MBUX, navigation, smartphone integration, and driver assistance systems. Support the sales team by handling product‑related inquiries, assisting with vehicle demonstrations, and preparing vehicles for test drives or deliveries. Assist in inventory management by accurately entering and updating vehicle and customer data in the dealership's Sales Management System (DMS) and CRM platforms.

Proactively leverage social media platforms to promote new and pre‑owned vehicle inventory, dealership events, and Mercedes‑Benz innovations, driving traffic and enhancing brand visibility.

  • Take clients on test drives, help organize the front line cars.
  • Learn the Trade Appraisal Process.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Effective communicator with a high acumen for customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry
  • Be highly skilled in learning and adapting to new technology
  • Possess confidence in utilizing social media
  • Ensure a calm demeanor with customers in stressful situations
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
