Bartender

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assist servers, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard, but enjoy a fun and flexible environment.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

• Minimum age 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on the team and guests.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.

Protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap are required.
