🔥 What You Will Lead

• Manage large commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout
• Oversee a Superintendent + collaborate with Foremen, Mechanics & Apprentices
• Conduct weekly site visits (20% field / 80% office)
• Handle schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs & AIA billing
• Coordinate daily with GC PMs, inspectors, utilities & internal teams
• Maintain quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Build strong relationships with partners and field leaders

🔧 What You Bring

• 8+ years in commercial electrical
• 4+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience with Accu Bid or similar software
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to complete; company-paid)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decisive decision-making
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
