Salary range: $50,000-$75,000/year (Based on experience and education)

Schedule: Mon 9a-8p;
Tue 10a-7p;
Wed 10a-8p;
Thu 9a-7p (WFH)

Responsibilities
  • Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Required licensure or certification*:
    Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)
    • Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus
  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
  • Florida Background Screening Requirement: As a condition of employment for positions providing care to vulnerable populations, the selected candidate must undergo a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
