Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

• Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to: load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments
• Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared and accurate
• Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner
• Assist with cost negotiation on shipments
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

• College degree preferred, but high school diploma or some college would be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills needed to deal courteously with co-workers and customers
• Organizational skills required and ability to effectively prioritize work to meet required deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy
• Must have a friendly phone voice with a positive attitude
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MUST be available to work full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
• 100% in-office.
• Be part of after hours on call rotation
