We are currently accepting applications for future needs at our Bison Project in North Dakota! Please read through job description below and submit your full work history to be considered and be part of our team! Anticipated work to start first week of May 2026 (timeline subject to change).

• Possesses a strong working knowledge of and experience working with electrical systems in an industrial construction setting.
• Examine drawings and specifications for various work tasks and ensures current information is passed to other members of the crew.
• A basic understanding of electrical theory and circuits including the operation and function of typical electrical devices and machinery such as solenoids, relays, motors, transformers, switches, generators, and lighting systems.
• A thorough knowledge of and proper use and installation of standard wire, cable, conduit, fittings, cable trays, and hardware commonly found in industrial plants
• Coordinates work activities and installations with the craft Foreman to assure productivity and to eliminate conflicts in the field.
• Receives and follows the instructions of the Electrical Foreman.
• Underground work experience
• Experience working on duct banks, and grounding
• Must have Exothermic welding skills (Cad welding)
• Must be able to work rotation schedule
• Must have 48+ months of verifiable work experience as electrical journeyman
• Must pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must have OSHA 10

• Strong math knowledge and skills as related to the job tasks. Able to add, subtract, multiple, and divide whole numbers and fractions rapidly and accurately.
• Ensure electrical installation is per current applicable codes.
• A general knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Ability to read and understand conduit drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, grounding drawings, lighting arrangements, panel drawings, and other specifications.
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of industrial electrical installations such as high/medium/low voltage distribution, switch gear, DCS, PLCs and raceways above and below ground, cable tray, cable installation, and instrument installation.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Successfully complete the appropriate PCL skills assessment tests.
