Environmental Field Laborer — North Dakota

Full-Time | Hourly | 40–60 Hours per Week | Overtime Expected

• Perform hands‑on labor on environmental and oilfield cleanup projects

• Dig, shovel, rake, and help with excavation and backfill

• Assist heavy equipment operators on active job sites

• Load and unload tools, pipe, and materials

• Travel to job sites across North Dakota

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Follow all safety rules at all times

This is physical, outdoor field work on active industrial sites.

It is not a desk job and not light‑duty work.

• You’re dependable and show up ready to work

• You can handle physically demanding labor

• You don’t mind working outside in heat, cold, wind, mud, or snow

• You want to learn and move up

No experience required. We will train the right person.

• Must pass drug and alcohol screening

• Acceptable 5‑year driving record (MVR required)

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Tioga or Watford City office

• Willing to work overtime

• Oilfield, construction, or industrial experience is a plus

• $18.00 — $23.00 per hour (DOE)

• 40+ hours per week

• Overtime paid per federal and North Dakota law
