Diesel Technician

Overview

We are hiring Diesel Technicians of all experience levels to join our Tioga, ND shop. Whether you're a new tech school graduate starting your career or a seasoned diesel tech who can run a bay independently, we have a place for you on our team. You’ll work on a fleet of oilfield trucks, tankers, and pneumatic trailers that keep our operations moving.

• Perform routine services (oil changes, filters, PMs, tires, brakes).
• Assist senior techs with diagnostics and larger repairs.
• Learn tanker, pump, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Help maintain a clean and safe shop.
• Complete basic repair documentation.

• Diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, emissions, and drive trains.
• Perform major repairs (clutches, transmissions, powertrain, pumps, hydraulics).
• Work independently and manage complex repairs with minimal oversight.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior techs and help build shop efficiency.

• Entry-Level / Newer Tech: basic mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and ability to perform routine services and assist with diagnostics.
• Experienced / Senior Tech: ability to diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, emissions, and drive trains; perform major repairs; work independently; complete DOT inspections; mentor junior techs.
