We are seeking dynamic Wine Sales Representatives to join our team, covering key territories in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Each territory comes with a well-established client base and the support of an experienced regional manager.

As a Wine Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in your territory. Your mission will be to identify target accounts, deliver engaging product presentations, and drive sales growth through strategic and professional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Development: Identify and cultivate new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct compelling wine tastings and presentations that highlight our diverse portfolio.
  • Sales Growth: Strategically drive sales by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Independent Operation: Manage your territory autonomously, with support from a regional manager.
Compensation:
  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission.
  • Performance incentives and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Wine Knowledge: A solid understanding of wines is required; expertise in French wines is a plus.
  • Strategic Sales

    Skills:

    Experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.
  • Customer-Centric: A service-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
  • Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Proficiency in a foreign language, especially French or Italian, is advantageous.
