As a CStore Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations of our store. You will be responsible for running the till, accurately scanning customers' items, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to stock shelves and assist with other duties as assigned.

• Greeting customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Answering customer questions about products and store policies.
• Assisting customers in finding products.
• Providing product recommendations.
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Balancing cash drawers.

• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines (if applicable).
• Participating in store opening and closing procedures.

• May be required to prepare and serve food items (depending on the specific store).
• May assist with other tasks as needed.

• Standing for a prolonged period of time.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
