36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts, days, nights, rotating)

Travel

Emergency Room RN – Trauma Level IV (Acute Stroke Ready)

2 ER rooms + 1 overflow; no fast track, psych rooms, or holding area; no in‑house security (911 response); average 4–5 patients/day; ratio 2:1 (Charge RN has no assignment)

ER experience (similar setting); BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred)

• Acute illness
• Trauma
• Orthopedics
• Cardiac (STEMI ship out)

• Heparin
• Cardizem
• Nitro

• No RT or monitor tech (RN manages ABGs, EKGs, tele, breathing treatments)
• Phlebotomy draws labs
• Radiology on‑call after hours
• Float to Med/Surg

7 a.m. – 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., self‑scheduling; every other weekend & holiday; low census on‑call possible

Any scrub color, closed‑toe shoes

1 day + 1 night shift on unit
