Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Turtle Lake, North Dakota.

- Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type:
Travel
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Primarily geriatric patients
- General post-surgical rehab population
- Team nursing assignments
- Charge nurse each shift (team‑based, not individual assignments)
- CNA support on each shift
- BLS & ACLS required
- PALS & TNCC preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Travel experience not required
- ER experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dementia, stroke care, skin care, and geriatric care
- No clinical involvement
- No drip titration (pump infusions only)
- Patient-managed CPAP only
- Tele capability (no monitor tech; RNs not required to read strips)
- EMR: EPIC
- May float to ER based on experience
- 12-hour shifts
- Self-scheduling allowed
- Every other weekend
- Alternating holidays
- No call or standby
- 3 unit-specific orientation shifts
- Must live 50+ miles away
- Cannot be FT/PT/PRN with Common Spirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
- RTO must be submitted upfront (max 7 days per 13‑week contract); no additional RTO approved
