- Salary Range: $21 - $25.50

We are excited to welcome a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to our dedicated team in Larimore, ND!
- Starting at $21+ per hour based on experience

As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering daily living assistance and nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
- Providing age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents
- Assisting with basic health care needs, including bathing, grooming, and obtaining vital signs
- Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents
- Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks
- Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes in condition to the charge nurse
- Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, or must obtain within four months of hire
- Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours annually)
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on responsibilities
