We are looking for a passionate Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become a vital part of our caring community in Larimore, ND. Here’s what you can expect:

As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will be the heart of our resident care team, providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Recording vital signs and providing psychosocial support
- Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents
- Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks
- Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes to the nursing team
- Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- A high school graduate or have a general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- At least 16 years old, with prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certified or willing to obtain certification within four months of hire
- Committed to completing annual continuing education and competency testing
This role may require you to be classified as a Sanford Category II Driver, which involves maintaining a valid driver’s license and meeting medical qualifications for driving.
