Grain Location Manager

As the Grain Operations Manager, you will oversee 5-6 direct reports and be responsible for day-to-day operations including training, safety, and more.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of grain facility
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
• 3+ years of experience in grain operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive salary ($75,000-$100,000)
