Lease Operator​/Pumper

Seeking a rotational night pumper with various years of experience in the following production equipment: gas lifts, compressors, and saltwater disposals.

The operator plays a pivotal role within the oil and gas industry, serving as the primary operator responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of oil and gas wells and associated equipment. This role is instrumental in maintaining continuous production while adhering to rigorous standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.

• Operate and maintain lease production equipment, including gas lifts, compressors, and saltwater disposals.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine tasks such as general maintenance as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate production activities and achieve production targets.
• Document and report any issues or incidents that occur during operations.

• Experience with gas lifts, compressors, and saltwater disposals.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals related to pumping operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle records (MVR) check, and background check according to local, state, and federal rules.

This job also requires full range of body motion to include handling and lifting. The incumbent must repeatedly lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted. Visual acuity, hearing, speaking, reading, and writing must be adequate to perform all required tasks in a safe manner.
