Agronomy Manager

We're seeking an experienced Agronomy Manager to lead the agronomy team, drive crop input sales, and support our customers in achieving higher yields and profitability through innovative, science-based practices.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agronomists and agronomy sales staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow agronomy sales and services
• Oversee crop scouting, soil sampling, and variable rate application services
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership to set department goals, manage budgets, and monitor performance
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and research to support grower success

• Minimum of 3-5 years of agronomy experience; leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of crop production, fertilizers, chemicals, and precision ag
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and build grower relationships
• CCA certification is a plus, not required
