Procurement Support Specialist

The Onsite Procurement Support Specialist is a critical member of Applied Digital’s procurement and operations ecosystem, serving as the onsite liaison between contractors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and high-quality receipt of equipment and materials needed to support data center construction and operations. As the 'boots on the ground,' the Specialist plays a key role in vendor coordination, quality control, documentation, and issue resolution, enabling efficient project execution across our growing data center campuses.

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for suppliers delivering to the campus
• Verify all inbound materials, equipment, and components against purchase orders, packing lists, and specifications
• Document discrepancies, shortages, or damage and coordinate resolution with suppliers and procurement
• Coordinate with inventory control to ensure spare parts and other critical materials are re-ordered in a timely manner
• Coordinate delivery windows, site access, offloading activities with appropriate onsite personnel
• Support invoice reconciliation by validating shipping and delivery details and addressing discrepancies
• Escalate supply chain risks, delays, or quality issues to leadership as needed
• Support implementation of standardized onsite procurement and receiving procedures

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or vendor coordination (data center or construction preferred)
• Understanding of receiving workflows, material inspections, and documentation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and contractor engagement
• Ability to work onsite full-time in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with procurement or work-order management systems (Net Suite, MCIM, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and escalation skills
