L2 LTE - Data Center Technician

• Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Develop documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory.
• Assemble and install equipment.
• Perform maintenance on test and tools equipment.
• Travel occasionally to other data centers as needed.

• Data center, rack and stack, troubleshooting, cabling.
• Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos.
• Python, Bash scripting.

• Computer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling).
• Linux operating system experience.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift up to 50 lbs, work in elevated locations.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on‑call rotation and after‑hours support.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues.

Entry Level

Contract to Hire position based out of Ellendale, ND.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
