IT Support, Hardware Engineer
Join a high-impact, rapid response team supporting the deployment of a new data center facility. This is a hands-on technical role requiring advanced troubleshooting, hardware expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be part of a specialized team responsible for building and maintaining critical infrastructure powering cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data center operations to ensure uptime and reliability
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures
- Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment
- Develop scripts for hardware updates (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Maintain inventory and documentation
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams
- Participate in occasional travel to other data center sites as needed
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of data center experience
- Strong computer hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
- Networking experience (Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS)
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Linux OS proficiency
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
