• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to improve forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in monitoring project performance and profitability
• Track open roles and support headcount planning across departments
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
