The Edgeley Public School District is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and motivated full-time teacher for Grades 4–8 to serve students at Willowbank Colony School.
This position offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to work in a close-knit educational setting with students of varying ages and academic levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student learning, adaptability in instructional practices, and a genuine love of working with children.
Qualifications and Characteristics- Valid North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain)
- Flexibility and willingness to teach multiple grade levels
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and student-centered approach
- Experience or interest in working in a multi-age or rural school setting
- English Learner (EL) endorsement is a plus but not required
- Supportive district leadership
- Small class sizes and strong community partnerships
- Meaningful work in a culturally rich educational environment
