Customer Service Specialist – Cornerstone Banks

What You’ll DoThis position is responsible for processing new account transactions, assisting customers in selecting various accounts and financial services, cross‑selling the Bank’s products and services, maintaining and closing all account types, providing customer assistance in person and over the phone, performing location clerical duties, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
- Ability to field and answer requests via phone, e‑mail, or in‑person
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
